2021 COVID-19 AFFORDABLE AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING SHARING AND INFORMATION SESSION 2 : Beyond Cultural Competency
This engaging workshop will take participants a step beyond cultural competency to understanding cultural humility. Participants will take part in experiential activities that will help to uncover their personal biases and understand how those biases influence their decisions and interactions with others. The exercises are designed to open the mind and to help participants think beyond themselves and to consider others. At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be more aware of self, others, and leave with practical steps they can take to create a more welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
