Join this session to explore in detail the capital and operating funding available for affordable and supportive housing in California and the San Diego region, as well as a discussion of services planning. Presenters will discuss the San Diego No Place Like Home program (including capital and COSR funding through an over the counter NOFA process); San Diego Housing Commission funding; and State HCD supportive housing funding sources, along with additional resources prioritized for affordable/supportive housing development. Hear the latest details on the various funds and resources that make supportive housing successful and the current thinking about operating funding and support services.
