Join the San Diego Housing Federation, San Diego Association of Governments, California Coalition for Rural Housing, Estolano Advisors, and housing developers for a roundtable discussion on Connecting Regional Transportation and Housing Projects in San Diego County.
Presentations will include: a brief introduction to the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities (AHSC) Program); an overview of upcoming regional active transportation and mobility projects; considerations for projects in rural and tribal communities; and examples of successful AHSC projects from past funding rounds. This roundtable session is geared towards developers interested in pursuing partnerships with local governments to connect affordable housing and transportation projects across the San Diego region and co-apply for funding from the statewide AHSC Program. This specific roundtable event is free to members and non-members of the SDHF alike.
