COVID-19 Affordable & Supportive Housing Sharing and Info Session Webinar 2
This series of online convenings will explore crucial issues for the affordable and supportive resident services and property management community in San Diego related to the COVID-19 crisis. Join the San Diego Housing Federation, CSH, and LeSar Development in twice-a-month 90-minute virtual COVID-19 information and sharing sessions.
The April 8th session will focus on sharing property management approaches to “sheltering in place” and quarantine, including resident education, a discussion of guest policies, and COVID19 prevention strategies for tenants and staff, along with coordinating with support service providers (such as programs supporting MHSA and other supportive housing tenants). ConAm will share their property management approaches and Wakeland Housing will discuss their strategies at their properties.
In addition, we will discuss key benefits for tenants such as California Employment Development Department resources (medical impact on jobs; unemployment; etc.), how to access Social Security resources, and creative strategies to support tenants who don’t have access to computers. Finally, the group will discuss food resources for tenants with Pacific Southwest Community Development Corporation sharing their creative approaches to food resources followed by information sharing amongst participants and a discussion of tools and resources you are using at your properties
Registration closes at 10 AM on April 8th, with no exceptions.
