February SHRS Academy Recap

Our inaugural Supportive Housing & Resident Services Academy Workshop occurred this past Tuesday and was a success! The workshop was held in person at Atmosphere in downtown San Diego and there were 24 professionals in attendance.

The session was led by Krystal Cahill of ConAm Management and two other professionals on the topic of Best Practices in Collaborative Care, emphasizing the crucial role of teamwork in achieving the best outcomes for tenants and property owners. The positive energy and commitment from participants showcased the importance of these workshops.

The panelists discussed their experiences collaborating with other service providers and residents in order to acheive success in a case by case basis. They also held a Q&A, answering important questions from the audience and expanding on important topics.
