2020 SDHF Impact Report
In 2020 we had to revisit how we operated, how we provided our educational programming, and how we organized our collective. This process helped us focus on the future and what affordable housing looks like in another thirty years.
Since 1990 the San Diego Housing Federation has been the voice of affordable housing by building knowledge of people, organizations, and institutions that are committed to developing and preserving quality affordable housing.
2019 SDHF Impact Report
We saw great successes on new legislation for surplus land, density bonuses, and housing subsidies. We continued to raise the flag for affordable housing regionally, bringing the Federation to the forefront of community discussions about the many issues surrounding housing for the San Diego region's most vulnerable residents.
Take a moment to review our successes and accomplishments in 2019, none of which could have been possible without the support of our membership. We look forward to another successful year with bigger and better accomplishments.
2019 CHPC Report: San Diego County’s Housing Emergency Update
Each year, California Housing Partnership releases a report affordable housing in each County. This years report revealed that San Diego needs over 136,000 more affordable rental homes to meet the current demand.
2018 SDHF Annual Report
2018 was a great year for the Federation. Please take a moment to review our successes and accomplishments over the last year, none of which could have been possible without the support of our membership. We look forward to another successful year in 2019 finding creative solutions to our community’s biggest challenges.
2018 CHPC Report: San Diego County’s Housing Emergency and Proposed Solutions
San Diego County is in the midst of a housing crisis. San Diego County needs 143,800 more affordable rental homes to meet current demand. This report takes includes various statistics that help explain why the county is having a housing emergency and provides recommendations to provide relief.
