A key component of ensuring the success of Supportive Housing for Tenants and Property owners is the successful collaboration of the onsite teams. The relationship between Property Managers, Service Providers and Resident services, not only allows for often challenging work to run more smoothly, but offers an opportunity for our clients/tenants to see how successful team work can achieve stellar results. A team of individuals who are knowledgeable, caring and supportive, can improve client/tenant engagement and further success in keeping Individual's housed long term which can and will improve outcomes for all parties involved.
