This workshop will be an informational session on the steps required to assist Project Based voucher/ Permanent Supportive Housing tenants who are ready to take the next steps to obtaining their Section 8 voucher and move into the community as a graduate of the program.

The workshop will include criteria that makes tenants eligible,  information on how to handle with current property management requirements, connecting and processing through the San Diego Housing Commission, navigating the 30 day notice process, as well as tips and pointers on how to prepare your tenants for a successful move and resources to support.
