RSSN Virtual Workshop #4 : Safely Re-Opening Your After School Program, Becoming a Distance Learning Hub and Closing the Digital Divide for Our Youth

In this workshop you will get some tips on how to safely re-open your Learning Centers for your youth residents. You will learn how one organization not only safely re-opened their afterschool program but also opened some centers as Distance Learning Hubs to students who were most challenged with on-line learning. You will get firsthand knowledge and have interactive discussions with coordinators who have already experienced re-opening and have learned "what to do" and "what not to do." You will leave with information on how to best help your youth residents obtain the necessary technology and how to best assist the parents with obtaining the necessary resources they need through their child's School Districts and School Staff to insure their child's chance at success.
