Best Practices: Designing for Supportive Housing

Seasoned developers will present their supportive housing design guidelines.  Attendees will gain insight on the best practices across a range of design topics including unit layout, common areas, on-site property amenities, property management and supportive services offices, security, and designing for seniors and aging in place.  Attendees will be asked to share their best practices via an interactive platform.  The goal of the workshop is to share architectural and asset management best practices; and to gather input from property management and supportive services staff in terms of design successes and design challenges they are seeing at their properties.
