Member Forum Information

Are you interested in receiving education, peer-to-peer networking, and resource sharing? Join the San Diego Housing Federation at one of our monthly forum meetings for our members and engaged stakeholders, virtually, to discuss different topics related to the affordable housing sector. Current SDHF Members and stakeholders are invited to join us in these meetings to discuss any issues you may be seeing and learn more about other initiatives or programs that are helpful for the sector. We welcome you to share the calendar invitation with anyone you feel might be interested in the education or peer-to-peer networking and resource sharing that will be provided.

Asset Manager Forum

These forums meet on the 4th Friday of the month from 9 am - 10 am and discussions are on a breadth of topics from insurance to safety and security and beyond, specifically related to managing the assets, operations of properties, and services.

Developers Forum

These forums meet on the 4th Monday of every month from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm and discussions are on a wide breadth of topics specifically related to building, funding, and policy around the affordable housing sector.

DSD Forum

These forums meet the 2nd Monday of every month from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. The San Diego Housing Federation is pleased to be working with the City of San Diego to host a monthly forum with the Development Services Department and SDHF members. Senior DSD staff will be available at these regular meetings to update our membership on proposed and implemented changes and get feedback on performance successes and challenges.
