Housing Elements

Housing Elements are an analysis of a community’s housing needs for incomes at all levels and includes strategies to address housing needs. California law requires that each city has its fair share of affordable housing. The San Diego Housing Federation provides feedback, comments, and recommendations on Housing Elements for the entire San Diego County.
