RUN has shifted its advocacy to new pressing issues such as 1) budget allocation on addressing homelessness during and after COVID-19, 2) protecting tenants from eviction resulting from COVID-19, and 3) preservation of affordable housing by preventing large corporations from buying up our neighborhoods and increasing rent. Beside the weekly Community Care Calls, RUN leaders have joined working groups to strategize for each of those priorities in the coming weeks.
