This month we had the pleasure of having Brian Elliot, Policy Advisor for Office of Councilmmeber Ward with us to have a follow-up conversation to our RTFH letter, and to learn about the Emergency Solution Grant (ESG) program that has substantially funded a few cities in San Diego County. The HEAL Policy Coordinating has been meeting to prepare few additional recommendations for Cities of Escondido, Chula Vista, and San Diego, on how the ESG funds could be utilized.
