LIHTC exchange program another year. Conatact
Senators Boxer and Feinstein and ask them to ask Senator
Reid to include all of LIHTC
fixes.:
Rep. Sanchez Introduces Tax Credit
Legislation
As a result of lobbying efforts of the California
Housing Partnership and other California groups, Rep.
Linda Sanchez (D-CA) has introduced a bill (H.R. 4687)
to extend the exchange program to 4% credits. Rep.
Sanchez also supports the investor expansion proposal,
but is not planning to take the lead on that
issue. Please contact our local Congressional
delegation and ask them to Co-Sponsor H.R.
4687.
