Roundtable Next Thursday

The topic is boring but the value will be outstanding.  Come learn how  developers can use a community's housing element to identify sites, such as properties at risk of coming off restriction, and properties that are zoned by right, and work with communities to meet their affordable housing needs and goals. The panel will also discuss SB 375 and the implications for changes in housing elements. Click here for more information or to register.  The roundtable is sponsored by Hitzke Development.
